I dined at a great restaurant with a fantastic selection of dining venues, and the location was very convenient, not too far from Swalec Stadium.

The staff/owners were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the location near town and Cardiff Castle. We did not have to use the car from the time we arrived until we were ready to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall exceptional service.
Comfortable and handy location in a residential area, and 15 minute walk from a Gothic castle. Based so close to many independent eateries such as Fish at 85, The Smoke House, Cameo Club amongst others as well as Bute park.

The staff were lovely and my room was better than some hotels I have paid 3 times more for. Best breakfast ever too!!

- The cleanliness of the room. The continental breakfast was enough
- The room was so close to the breakfast room, so the smell of the food was quite hard early in the morning. Besides, you could hear everything that was happening at the breakfast room since almost 7:00am

While booking it was not mentioned that my room is on second floow and there is no lift. My wife found it very difficult to walk through the stairs because of her rheumetide arthritis and painful room. make sure to mention the position of room when lift is not available. all other facilities and hospitality was very good. i may recommend to other people but with reservation as mentioned above. thank you

Very small hotel sign so difficult to spot from the car. No shaver point in bathrooms. Continental breakfast meant croissants served straight from the supermarket carton. Floor in dining room sticky. Staining on decorative bed pillows.

Central location, plenty of off-road parking, while it is on the main road, reasonably quiet. Staff was frendly and helpful. Good Breakfast -- worth paying for upgrade.
A little bit difficult to spot the place (house number not in order in the area) - bath mat was soaking wet --- I do not know why. But all other facility was ok -- a bit strange shower but I guess it is fixable (nothing major)
